This is truly the best AC service we have ever had fist Leeor came over to access our broken AC unit then gave us options of how to fix it and that’s where you know that he is honest then came back when he said he would fixed the unit to perfection without breaking the bank and then even called the next day to see how everything is. Came back from vacation with the power out..Leeyore answered promptly and was providing assistance even before making it to the house. He went far beyond the call of duty (inspecting pictures, taking the time out to video call to further inspect the electric box). He was super patient, very thorough and far exceeded expectations in both service and price. After shopping around for other electricians (just wanted to get some quotes and be an informed consumer), I felt ORBA Electric was the most transparent, honest and professional. Even after having another company "fix" the issue, Leeyore came in and provided quality service by rectifying what the previous guy did (basically nothing) and explaining everything he was doing and why. 10/10 highly recommend

Due to a power outage in Brooklyn from Con Edison , Orba electric guided me so late at night how to work around it so atleast I won’t loose all my food in the fridge , I have a big family including a baby! I gave them a very complex situation involving a 40-year old open permit that was not my client's doing but was creating a serious obstacle to the closing on a property. Leeor stayed on the project until it was completed, which involved a lot of work, interaction with the city, and multiple inspections.
