Safe Electrical recently upgraded our service panel and split circuits to better balance the load throughout our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. We contacted Safe Electrical for the upgrade needed for our solar panels installation this summer. Charles and his team were knowledgable, courteous and diligent. Our house is over 100 years old and has had some remolding, but it was only a little challenging for Charles to design the best layout for our needs. Charles and his team returned to tweak our new system as required by subsequent city and ComEd inspections. We are very satisfied with and highly recommend Safe Electrical!

I worked with Safe Electrical on multiple wiring requirements for a new basement bathroom. The owners, Charles and Noelle were amazing in all aspects of the project. The pricing was fair, all scope items were professionally installed and their flexibility with the moving schedule was Class A. We were hit by a pretty bad storm late at night this summer. The downed tree branches took out all of our external electrical, downed wires, it was a mess. We were without power for 2 days. Safe Electrical came out the same day I called and assessed the damage for no charge and wrote a competitive estimate. Unfortunately, given the timing of events, they couldn't make it out for repairs until the next afternoon. I was really worried about losing everything in my freezer. Charles offered to let me use one of his generators overnight to keep things from spoiling, ultimately saving me hundreds in grocery costs. The guys that came out the next day were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long job, but they powered through. I would recommend Safe Electrical 100% and plan to use them for all of my electrical needs.

Recently, our family hired Safe Electric Service to rewire our home. I was totally blown away with the level of professionalism and dedication shown by everyone that works for the company. From the receptionist, to every man in the work crew to the owner. Just like the company’s bio states, the men left our home clean and in perfect order. They were on time each day that they came and often asked if we had any questions about what they were doing. What stood out most to us was the level of kindness they showed each day.
