I am extremely pleased that Ion promptly returned my phone call. To my delight, he was able to squeeze me in the same day to repair three outdoor LED light fixtures. He stayed focused on the job and didn't waste time, working efficiently from start to finish. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I felt heard and respected, which is important to me when I hire someone. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use their services again and will recommend Ion to my neighbors when they are in need of a licensed electrician.

I had my handyman trying to hang a light fixture but I live in an old building and the wiring became too complicated for him..fuses were blown lightbulbs exploded, and for a short while I even had no power to my furnace when it was 0°. I got John’s name from a neighbor he was highly recommended and he came quickly the following morning to fix everything. Knowledgeable and personable. Great experience.

I called this morning about replacing a sketchy, outdoor non-GFCI outlet (frayed wire, signs of water coming in, rusted screws) with a GFCI outlet and cover. It wasn't an urgent job, but John said he'd be able to come out in a couple of hours. He showed up early, got the job done in about 20 minutes, and charged me less than what he quoted me at over the phone. Would definitely work with him again.

Ion installed a new outdoor electrical box for an underground NIPSCO connection at my house. You can see an additional four other electrical tasks he accomplished for our house from the checked boxes above. But I believe he can easily perform all the services listed. I highly recommend him.

John came out quickly to help install new outlets above my kitchen counter, in the garage, and on a wall where we will be placing a tv. The quality of work was excellent and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!
