Excellent experience with Positively Charged Electric! Jason was responsive from the start and answered all my questions. The quote was lower than the other companies I had reached out to and I usually shy away from the lowest but I’m glad I didn’t. From the initial conversation, the reviews, quick response time and then work done/install, it was an amazing experience. Mike Perez was a great installer, on time, work was professional and everything works like it should - which I was concerned about with an older house. The price quoted came out to the total and I couldn’t be happier going with PCE.

My girlfriend and I had Positively Charged Electric out for an emergency issue at the breaker panel and were so impressed we hired them again for other projects around the house. They ran new power outlets in our backyard and (safely) installed a ceiling fan where there wasn’t even a brace/support box. Very professional both times. 11/10 would definitely recommend!!

Jason is a very competent and knowledgeable electrician. I would highly recommend his company. We wanted to get rid of our gas stove and purchase an induction range. Jason was able to determine that the builder has pre-wired our house for an electric range. Four days after our new range was delivered, there was a short behind the range. Again, Jason was able to assess that the cause was most likely the power cord. We had purchased the induction range from a nationally known retailer, and they responded within three days to remove and replace the power cord. We are really enjoying our new induction range, thanks to Jason for his knowledgeable and thoughtful approach to our electrical troubles.

Positively Electric was prompt and completed the work in four separate rooms in one day. They were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves and the work minimally interfered with our regular day.

Very "Positive" experience in all aspects for in-home service call to make my electric radiant heated floor operate again. The diagnosis, thermal sensor connection to new thermostat, updating wiring for improved reliability, and adjusting the junction box to allow for a clean fit for new tstat was exceptional. Jake arrived at the very front of the scheduled arrival window and was very courteous and professional for the 1 hour effort. Jason and his team are amazing! I have an older house and needed the panel upgraded and finally decided to do so. I am so glad I contacted Positively Charged! From start to finish, he was a true professional and very friendly which made me feel comfortable about the entire situation. He was able to give me a quote over the phone, which beat out all the competitors. His team arrived early on the day of service and had everything completed the same day. My new panel is beautiful and modern and for that I cannot thank them enough. They were able to get some old lights working that haven’t worked since I bought the house and install a Security and lighting camera on the side of my house as well.
