Adriel did an excellent job with my AC! He found a very small leak and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He was extremely kind and professional. He even gave me helpful tips on how to keep my AC in great condition. I really appreciated his thorough and friendly service.

We had an issue with our HVAC system. Strada sent out one of their technicians named Adriel. He was very informative as to what was happening and communicated with us exactly what needed to be done. Strada supplied the new part and Adriel replaced everything efficiently and very quickly. He even cleaned up some parts of the HVAC system that were dirty or clogged and replaced the insulation foam at no charge. He gave us some great tips as far as air quality control and even gave us a link to order the perfect match air filter! Our A/C is now running better than ever! Adriel from Strada recently tuned up our HVAC system. To say that our system is in great hands with him is an understatement. He was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining whatever I wanted to know. He is a total professional and gentleman. Highly recommend him.

Amazing and very detailed service. We got super lucky with our tech the first time and he even told us about the yearly maintenance plan. He returned to our home for the second maintenance of the year and he was so detailed and explained everything to us. We will be requesting this same tech if possible for service for the future. I called Strada back in late July for closet light non working. I spoke with Nancy in Tennessee. I asked what the light would cost me being Strada did the complete electric for the Holiday Builders new house in 2023.She looked up and found the light to replace.I was told $144 and change. The appointment was set for August 6th 2-4 pm. I traveled to the empty house as I recent moved. However I called as appointment failed. I reached a Gregory and was told that whomever quit the job two days prior. I never received a call to the effect. He mentioned that I would have a price adjustment for the failed appointment.Long story short, Another appointment set today 10am -12 August 19th. Finally in last hour Chris Johnson showed up. He was polite ,efficient and done replacement 10 minutes. I asked for the bill and was told $208.55. I feel and call this robbery.I see no point in ever using this company within the community or recommend. I am again disappointed.

These guys came out in August and told me my blow motor was broken. The part was on back order but said they would call when it comes in. They took payment in advance. Fast forward almost 2 months later, I called for an update. They said they called the parts department and the part was in and they will call me same day to schedule the install. They never called back. I have my wife call back on 10/05 and they say the manager is working on it and we will get a call back. We call again on 10/07. The part was never ordered even though they already charged me two months ago for it. Still waiting to this day for the part and install already paid for in advance months prior.

So I got home and noticed that my thermostat was off. Apparently I had a clogged pipe which poured water into the pan setting off the shut down of the system. Contacted Strada and they sent Adriel. Gotta tell ya, the guy was awesome. He knew exactly what the problem was and solved the issue quickly. He was professional and very knowledgeable as he answered numerous questions I had about the system. Adriel, you saved my bacon tonight, family sleeping very comfortably on a hot night. Thank you.
