These guys are the most honest men around. I had two different places tell me incorrect information on my car and Norms was the only one that didn’t try to take advantage of me. My business will definitely go there from now on!!

i was not very pleased with service of this shop sent my car for a diagnostic check told me it was the bcm and it was not wasted 100 dollars i i dont think they even tried to find the problem now i have to do it myself or pay another shop to find the problem not happy I don't understand why they didn't help me

I have taken my vehicles to this shop for decades. They are always fair and very helpful. They always have the repairs done on time or sooner. My rear turn signals and taillights weren't working and I took my truck to two different places and they couldn't figure it out after just checking the fuses and bulbs. Midas even said they would have to run a full diagnostic and it could take up to 5 or 6 hours to find the problem. I took it to Norm's and they took less than 10 minutes to figure out the problem replacing a couple of faulty wires. Norm's should be your first stop if you have any electrical issues, they are outstanding.

After a couple of days of electrical issues that left me stranded twice, I went to Norm's on the recommendation of a satisfied customer. They diagnosed and fixed the car the day they got it and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Found my issue with the car in a few days. Good pricing as well. Talked to me like I knew about cars.
