Craddock's Electrical Service

Overall, the team is great, they installed the light fixture well. Loved my technician, but I am giving a 3 stars, because the estimate or proposal (which is given on site at the time of the service) came out to be twice as much much as a another electrician that I’ve used in the past. So the pricing just seemed really steep. I ended up only getting one (of two) light fixtures installed- due to cost. And both of my fixtures were very, very simple light fixtures. Also, be prepared to be shown different packages to buy into if requesting a simple service.

Mark is great at what he does. He was able to find the root cause to my issue and get it corrected. His passion is very clear, he treated my home as it was his. I am so thankful that I made a call to his company. I 100% recommend CraddocksElectricalService! It was an amazing experience from the call I made in the morning to schedule the appointment to the follow up call from Katy to confirm I was completely satisfied. The Pictures are of what the problem was and you can see where the wire shorted out.

Craddock's Electrical Service was amazing!! Nick was great. They communicated very well throughout the entire process. Nick was on time and very respectful. He was able to solve problems to get the job done. Well organized and cleaned up after his work. Kept me in the loop as job progressed and asked permission when he had to cut a piece of drywall out. Craddocks exceeded expectations and I will certainly be calling them to do work at my business as well.

Craddock's had a technician to me the same day. Right from the jump, I knew I was going to like Derick Gladney. Within two hours, Derick designed the improvement, provided a quote and had it installed using materials on the truck. We somehow also found the time within there to become buds. It didn't hurt either that the job was done for a fraction of what the competition had quoted, and they hadn't even designed it correctly. You can't go wrong with Craddock's prices or Derick's skills. Call this company! You won't regret it!

Christopher was very professional and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the job they did and how well it was done. Highly recommend him if you need to get any electrical work done. I had installed 2 separate dedicated 20 amp circuits, a cutoff of a new mini split and some power for a sump pump in a crawl space.

Mark, Greyland, and Paul all 3 are fantastic electricians. They dont do band aid work and i can appreciate that in an electrician. They tell you whats code and whats safe or not safe and how to do it right and price a job and they get it done. Fast, thorough, and professional. We love this company.
