The team at Bluff City is amazing. From the moment you call, and get a live person on the phone, you get the feeling you are in good hands. I have know worked with many people at this company and they are professional, knowledgeable and offer excellent suggestions on getting all projects completed on time, on budget and with good communication.
Incredibly unprofessional, do not stand by their work. Did not follow car charger manual, leading to a house fire. Found out they did not pull a permit and did not follow code, per city inspector. Ignored follow up communication.
We weren't customers but had a flat tire close to closing. They allowed us come inside the gate to get off the main hwy. They treated us extremely well.
