After getting several quotes, decided on ESP to install whole-house backup generator. From beginning to end a thoroughly professional operation. Never felt rushed or pushed and once we ordered the equipment all work was performed on time and as quoted. Technicians were courteous and hard-working and cleaned up each day. Took extra care to cut/place conduit and just in general did a great job. Have also had Andy Helton and crew back out for other electrical issues and have been extremely happy with response time and effort. Great company.
We contacted Andy on October 17th regarding our interest in contracting a whole house generator system. We scheduled an appointment for October 23rd. He never showed up or called. I contacted him again on November 1st and asked if he wanted to reschedule or if we should pursue other vendors, he asked to reschedule and promised to call later that evening. We never heard back from him. I would never do business with a company with so little regard for someone's time. I can see no measurable level of customer service from this company.
Called about performing an panel upgrade inside the house. Technician came out to access the project. Gave me a business card, and said, "I'll go back to the office and work up a quote." I didn't hear back from him in a weeks time. So I called his cell phone(# from the business card) and left a message for him to call me back. Well its been TWO weeks, haven't heard nothing. Guess what I needed done, was too small of a project and they wouldn't make any money......Thanks
