My experience with NuWatt Energy was exceptional. They provided a comprehensive quote for the work and answered all questions promptly. Their system utilizes high quality panels and invertors, which was important factor in selecting them as a supplier. Once I decided to sign a contract with them, the process of installing and commissioning went exactly to the plan they provided. Materials were delivered, installed, and wired on schedule. They efficiently supported all work for permits with the town and National grid. I will also note that the installers were knowledgeable and professional throughout the installation process and took exceptional care ensuring that everything installed and functioned properly. Once installed and wired, the system immediately started up and no additional adjustments were required. As you can see from the photos of my house, I am a little fussy (my wife would say "anal") about the appearance. The Nu watt installation teams exceeded my expectations ensuring that the system looked good on the house. A couple of key points was their desire to eliminate conduit on the roof by putting it in the attic and carefully bending conduit for the wiring so that it ran parallel to the existing wiring to the meter. Overall, a great experience with this company. If you are considering a solar system, I highly recommend them as a supplier.

The people at NuWatt are fabulous to work with. They expedited the process so that we didn’t miss the prime solar energy production months. The Panasonic panels and 25 yr parts/labor warranty gives us a lot of peace of mind. They even followed up post installation to make sure that everything was producing as expected. Overall a good experience from initial conversation with Maan till regular followups with Shehzad. I believe it’s good value for money investment with NuWatt as the Panasonic panels seems well built and have a good reputation. Shehzad was real quick in replying and answering questions. My system is yet to start producing energy and connected to grid however process so far smooth.

Late last year, we were in the process of evaluating solar options for our home in Massachusetts and NuWatt provided a quote. After meeting with three providers, we selected NuWatt to move forward with the installation based product knowledge and their proposal. We were then sent the purchase contract which we had reviewed by our lawyer as should be done with any large purchase. We worked in good faith to come to a reasonable compromise on the language as the original draft was completely unreasonable in terms of liability, payment structure and recourse in the event of a problem. After appearing to be willing to modify targeted contractual terms, NuWatt completely ghosted us. We went from discussing installation dates to zero responses to texts, phone calls or e-mails. This was not what we expected based on our positive initial conversations, but we consider it a blessing in disguise as we can only imagine what their warranty service would be like based on their lack of professionalism. We highly recommend that you don't waste your time until you have had a full legal review of their purchase contract. Learn from our promising turned horrible experience.
