I am very pleased with the pleasant contractor that came to my house to add a wall socket in my basement. Friendly and excellent attention to detail. Helpful in figuring out the best placement for outlet, Highly recommend. This is my 2nd time using this company. Very fair pricing !!

Used them on short notice to move some electrical lines and controller for my boiler. They are the go to for my HVAC contractor. The work they did was outstanding. Afterwards my problem was solved and the new routing was much cleaner than what I had before. They are fair in pricing, responsive, very honest and do excellent work. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them as a solid local business

JM Electrical Contractors are fantastic! This is the 2nd time I've used them in the past few years for electrical repairs, and they never disappoint! A portion of our outlets weren't working, yet no circuits were blown. I called them right away since they did such a phenomenal job on the last problem! I called a little before noon, and Caleb was here and gone before 1pm! He took care of the problem and explained every part of the process! I will use them every time!

Had Larry come and do a new vaulted ceiling fan fitting. They arrived early, were patient with figuring out instructions of the ceiling fan I provided and installed it accurately. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. Overall very delighted!!

Had them fix an my properties carriage light. They couldn't get replacement ballast without it being expensive, so they by-passed the ballast and installed a nice, bright LED bulb. They were very responsive via email and phone and will definitely use again for any future electrical work.

My power switch in the kitchen broke on Thursday morning. I called J M Electrical Contractors for an appointment and Larry answered the call. He immediately scheduled me an appointment the same day at 2 pm. He arrived on-time and did the repair quickly. He also gave me some tips on improving my pool equipment which I really appreciated. It was an excellent experience and would highly recommend J M Electrical Contractors and will use them again.

I called JM to quote 3 bedroom ceiling fans. We purchased the fans already so it was just labor. John came out and we had a nice chat, he checked out the fans. Gave me a quote via email. I emailed back asking when they could come out. No response. Ok. Benefit of the doubt. I emailed again. They responded. I asked for the latest in the day. I received and email saying between 2 and 3, but it was not confirmed. I called beforehand and asked when they were coming. The lady said 1pm. I said I had to work and can't take a half day - and the email said between 2 and 3. She said, "ok, 2pm." Great. 2pm. Then I get a voicemail asking for call back about my appointment. I called back and Sara says he can't come out at 2 because fans "take several hours" and he "has kids he needs to pick up". Are you kidding me? Your hours are until 5pm. and even IF those are only office hours - why the unprofessional answers with response times and scheduling? We had them do work for us once at a different house and everything went swell. I am asking for a later time because I TOO WORK! I TOO HAVE KIDS! I TOO AM TRYING TO MAKE THIS WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. I asked her if they would ever be able to do 2 or later. She said no. Like I was asking her just an unthinkable question. I told her we would find someone else and hung up. The only one that gave me the time of day was John (I think the owner). As far as his office staff - they have a lot to be desired.
