Touchstone Electric was one of four companies refereed to me for my EV outlet installation by Duke Energy. Touchstone responded IMMEDIATELY and within a few days sent Matthew Castello to conduct the preliminary check. Subsequently, Matthew returned to perform the installation and arrived within the designated time frame. He even called to inform me the supplier didn’t have the parts needed and had to go to another supplier to obtain the parts, but would be enroute has soon as possible. Matthew even allowed me to pepper him with a bunch of questions as he performed the flawless installation. Truly a professional and courteous and respectful company and I highly recommend them!!

We had the crawl space encapsulated and decided to have a surge protector installed. Touchstone service and communication was awesome. They came right on time and got the job done. I had a great experience with Matthew Castello! He was very professional, communicated clearly, arrived on time, and did great work! He asked good questions to understand what I was looking for in terms of services. I appreciate the conversational nature of the planning process for adding outlets to my garage and other potential projects. In addition to outlets, I decided to add whole house surge protection to help protect my electrical devices. Matthew wad great at explaining options without being pushy. He will be back again soon to do other electrical upgrades to our house!
