Reno was amazing. From the first call for service until the time that the situation was remedied was less than one hour. Now, I understand that RSB can't guarantee work to be completed that quickly but simply know that when you call for service, you will be getting the very best. Reno and the rep that answered the phone and dispatched the request don't feel like service technicians, they feel like friends. Well done, Team RSB!

What a wonderful experience we had on our commercial building in Mesa. We had called another company to find a short in our outdoor lighting. They left us an absolute mess. … we called 2 other companies that were too busy and couldn’t come until next week… then I found this company. They had an actual person answer the phone (Sheree) who got Jerry to come out within the hour. He found and repaired within an hour. They are a family business that charges fair prices! Please consider them for any upcoming projects or repairs!!!!

The electrician "RENO" my leasing propertytried to send out was hostile to me because I asked him to please reschedule an appointment he made that I had never confirmed on my way to work this Monday morning 10/06/25 he threatened to charge me $180 if I wasn’t going to be at this location at 9:05am. So I canceled Work and I came home because I can’t afford $180 then he shows up tells me to shut up obviously he was belligerent so I felt like I needed to record a video to defend myself. My electrical is still not fixed.

First things first the professionally came out to my home was nothing but kind, courteous, and friendly Seems there was a miscommunication on what I initially called for and a voicemail. I called and tried to leave with them, these things happen. But what I’m not used to is having someone call me from scheduling, yelling at me and calling me a liar, I asked her to cool the temperature and Iwas met with louder yelling and condescension I had the issue fixed the previous night but after their tech was done my hot water breaker that was brand new popped again

EDITED TO ADD FOR NEW SERVICE IN APRIL 2025: I had RSB out again today to hook up an outlet to support our spa. Chase showed up right on time, talked through options and gave clear expectations for cost up front to help us make a decision. He was very professional and great to work with. He installed a cover over the outlet that was as large as he could find but still not large enough, so he fabricated it up enough for us to plug in the spa safely. He even offered to help us move the spa to the new location, which was very considerate but I politely declined. The value of the service far exceed the cost, so yet again a GREAT experience with RSB Electrical! Thank you Chase!! ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM JAN 2025: If I could give more stars I would! Reno and RSB Electric were hands down the best company I’ve worked with in many years. We had an emergency situation and when our regular contact couldn’t come out, he gave our info to Reno. First thing in the morning, Reno was calling and quickly came out to our home. He was straightforward with his assessment and took time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot after learning about why we almost had an electrical fire). He is a no nonsense, no fluff, type of professional, which I sincerely appreciate! He went above and beyond to check our electrical panel, relabel a few breakers, and disconnect unused/unknown connections as well, making me feel safer and much more knowledgeable on our homes electric situation. I look forward to working with Reno and RSB again! Thank you so much Reno!

Appreciate the crew at RSB and Reno, once they were assigned by my home warranty company they responded quickly to deal with my electrical issue. Greatly appreciate their knowledge and expertise, troubleshooting, etc! Thank you for being amazing! I highly recommend them for dealing with electronics in my home.

I called RSB Electrical to help with a few outlets that had stopped working. Sharee took my call and walked me through finding and resetting the GFI's in different parts of our house. I was able to fix the problem over the phone! In this day and age when they could've charged me a bunch of money to come fix a simple problem- they helped me solve it myself! I didn't realize an outdoor GFI could be tied to the master bathroom. So crazy. Great customer service- we'll be using them for all our future electrical needs!
