Top Notch!! I had a solar system installed in 2019 by a company that has since went out of business, the system stopped working and the SRP "preferred" list led me to Redline. I called almost every company on the list, but Redline was the first that allowed me to talk to a real person. Shouldn’t be a big deal, but this day in age, it meant a lot not to have to wait for a "contact us" form to be filled out.. My solar LG battery was dead and I had an arc fault somewhere in the system. Omar was the technician that responded and had to deal with the frustrations of the inverter company, and LG. He’s got the patience of a saint. He let me listen to these companies as he dealt with their customer service ( which is for technicians only - the inverter company and LG will not talk to the system owner) and the amount of BS they put the techs through is ridiculous. After many hours on the phone, we finally had a RMA to get the battery replaced. Took a few weeks for LG to ship, but Omar and Gavin just left after installing the new replacement battery, and I’ve never been more excited to flip a switch and have the lights actually work. Omar and Gavin were professional, pleasant, clean, and very understanding with all my questions…. Shoutout to Christopher who coordinated everything and also answered each and every one of my inquiries and was flexible with getting this entire repair scheduled at my convenience.
Redline Electric & Solar were quick, clean and did a great job coordinating! Their communications were clear and effective. Their workmanship was top notch. They are super responsive. We are very satisfied with the electrical panel replacement and miscellaneous other projects they completed for us. We highly recommend! See before and after photos.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Company used the improper wire nuts, leading to a short, meting wire and taking out a panel. After weeks of dodging phone calls and unanswered emails and phone messages, They sent out a supervisor who fixed the wire, then moved the panel to "see if it was the panel or an inverter" and then just ghosted us. Wouldn't replace anything, wouldn't call back. Keep in mind I had to hire another company to come out and find the problem because Redline wouldn't call us back- We were stuck with the bill there- The supervisor failed to ever call us back to replace the damaged panel (to this day puts out less than half the other panels... Coming up on the two-year anniversary of their ghosting us- Tried to get another company out here to repair the issues and warranty the panel, but they won't touch the poor work of Redline solar. Beware friends... In response to Redline Solar's reply. 100% sure this is the correct company. I have a dozen emails back and forth with Marcus Soto and Caitlin Messick. I have the plans wither their logo and ROC#. If they warranty their work, why did they ghost us through this process.
Had two service appointments with Omar for our solar system and I was extremely satisfied. Omar called when he was about 20 minutes out, was very friendly and courteous, and completed the project to a 5-star rating. After troubleshooting, he took on the responsibility of contacting the parts manufacturer to get a new (under warranty) box and had it delivered to Redline to be installed. He provided multiple pictures of the repair that were included in a follow-up email. He educated me on the operation of the new box. All around, I had a very nice experience working with Omar and Redline.
Fast and efficient! Learned a lot about our EV 240 plug that melted. Scheduled a next day estimate. Dylan was able to do the repair when he came out. We had the part for him to install instead of running to Home Depot. Prob paid a bit more since it was a 2hr minimum and he was in and out in 30mins. But he had a lot of attention to detail and knowledge. I feel better knowing it was done correctly and that we are safe now from an electrical standpoint. Would def use them again!
Would not recommend. The first technician appeared competent—until he disconnected another line without informing us. This lack of communication forced us to call them again, thinking it was a new issue. The second technician then spent over 3 hours troubleshooting what turned out to be his coworker’s oversight. Despite this, we were charged in full for time spent fixing their own mistake. I emailed them a clear explanation of the situation—no response, no accountability. They failed to own their error or even acknowledge it. I’ve since hired another company with integrity and professionalism to complete the job they mishandled. Response to owner: I’m not saying your first technician made a mistake in the work itself—what he did wrong was failing to communicate that he had disconnected another outlet that was critical to us. He never informed me verbally, nor was it noted anywhere in the invoice description. Had I been properly informed during the first visit, there would have been no need to call for a second. That lack of communication is what led to unnecessary time, cost, and frustration.
