Mister Sparky Electrician

I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. I would hire this company again for any electrical work. Thank you Luke for what you do. I appreciate you. I high recommend Mister Sparky for all your electrical needs. Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did. Brandon knows his job very well. Thank you Brandon for everything you did for me. I would highly request Brandon for any electrical work you need done. Luke was very thorough and did a great evaluation of our electrical system. He quickly found the problem with our 3 way switch and fixed it. I also liked the no pressure upgrade options that he and the company offered. Brandon did a great job on the muli-outlet/switch replacement, smoke detectors replacement, and surge installation. He and Emma worked great as a team. Everything looks great!

Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too. Great job guys.l!

Derrick came today and was very nice. He was thorough and a good communicator. I felt I was in good hands with his estimate of the electrical job. The price was fair.

Daniel and Steven were the electricians that responded to my emergency call about no electricity to my furnace and having partial power. The issue was diagnosed and resolved on the same day. My house is over a hundred years old with knob and tube wiring still in place. Safety issues were brought to my attention with options given that were affordable vs rewiring the whole house. Both gentleman took the time to explain and educate me. Highly recommend for quality and safety.

Brad was very thorough in explaining what was needed now and what could be done at a later time. He gave several options and the price for each. The work I chose could be completed today.. He explained the warranties on the items as well as service. Steven did the installation and did a great job. He was here quickly after getting the parts needed. He worked steadily and completed the work to our happy satisfaction. Both men were professional and very pleasant to work with.

They did a great job! I got 4 bids and they were the only ones that had a better solution that fit my needs and were extremely professional. They weren't the cheapest but for the upgraded wiring I needed, they were worth it because I knew I'd get quality work. Plus they were able to schedule it right away. Thank you Bradley & BJ!
