I had Mike and Jason come out to my property and they did an amazing job! Very polite and communicated great. They cleaned up after them selves after all the work they did. They went above and beyond to get the lights back on for my residents and found the issue in a timely fashion. Plan on having them do more electrical work for us in the future. Thanks again guys!!

Jason the tech was excellent. Had GFI recept replaced. The hourly rate of $232.00 was pricey! The price of the replacement GFI recept at $89.33 was excessive!

Generator went out, I had someone come out to my home. The worker made me feel very uncomfortable and didn't listen to what I wanted, only did what he wanted. After 45 min of diagnosing the issues he told me that I needed 6 items ordered to fix it. One was new hinges that when he opened the door it broke, and previously worked fine. Then mentioned a new generator and control panel, keys, foam, hinges and system maintenance. Then quoted me 2,500 for a full days work. I then told him I only wanted to do the generator and control panel (didn't need the other items unless it started). From there he went and spent 1 entire hour ordering ALL six items when I only requested the 2. Charging me $250 for the entire hour. When I spoke with the manager explaining my terrible experience she said she ordered the control panel. Therefore, he spent one hour ordering one item I requested. They never once offered to refund me. Completely dissatisfied with this company and their business model. Will not be using their services. Complete waist of money, would NOT recommend using this company.

Brian was able to make himself available earlier than expected and called to verify that I would also be available at the earlier time. He arrived when he stated and was very professional and personable. I explained the wiring issue I was having and he was able to identify the root cause and walk me through the resolution in a timely manner in a method that was easy for me to understand. He was absolutely amazing throughout the repair and I was very happy with the work that he did.

We used Tann Electric for the first time today and had a great experience! They were able to provide a same-day appointment and the technician showed up within a couple of hours of my call. Juan was very professional and quickly identified and fixed the issue. I appreciated his thorough explanations of what was wrong as well. I highly recommend Tann, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
