If this doesn’t show you the kind of people this company hires, I don’t know what will. Today, one of their employees accidentally ran over our mailbox. To be honest, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to our mailbox—we live on a somewhat dangerous road and our mailbox has been hit a few times. Usually, people just drive off, and we’re left to replace it ourselves with no explanation or apology. But this time was completely different. The man (we won’t name, don’t want him in trouble for any reason) who hit it not only came back—but he fully replaced our mailbox, left a handwritten note, apologized sincerely, and included all of his contact information. We were stunned. In all the times this has happened, no one has ever taken responsibility like that. It was such a rare and honorable thing to do, and it truly meant a lot to us. This simple act of integrity and kindness reminded us that good people still exist—and that matters. If this person is a reflection of the company’s values, then I’d say this company is probably a pretty decent one. Thank you so much!
I used them two years ago for some work that ran $152.00. I used them again for the same work and they charged me over $1000.00. What a rip off. I will never use them for anything again. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
