Zach & Steve were great. We lost electricity in one area of our home. They called prior to coming to let us know they were on the way. They diagnosed our issue quickly and made the repair. They were friendly & professional and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best electrician in Berks (and probably beyond too) to work with, I won't go anywhere else. We've used them twice now, and both times they were incredibly quick to get us scheduled, ridiculously nice, and super affordable. Their customer service is top notch. I'm obviously not an electrician myself, but I know just enough to be mildly useful at best and dangerous at worst - Zach and Steven explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and seemed like great guys all around. They absolutely set the standard for this kind of business.

We have used Dave Roche Electric several times over the past few years. When we moved to our new home and needed an electrician we were thrilled they serviced our new area! They are dependable, trustworthy and fair which are all important qualities and sometimes hard to find in a contractor. I recommend them highly !

Dave Roche himself came out on a service call to evaluate the condition of our pool heater (heat pump). Dave arrived on time, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of good information about maintaining the unit. The cost of the service charge was reasonable and the total experience was great!

We've been calling on Roche Electric since Dave's father owed the business. They are dependable and they stand on their word. A great family business. Thanks for doing what you do....and doing it well. They have installed a new water heater, a new air conditioning unit, an exhaust fan, and countless electrical jobs! Oh, and they even cleaned our duct work! We would not call anyone else.

First I will preface this by saying I don't make reviews often. Dave is truly outstanding. This is the second time I had Dave come out and he came promptly. When I asked him why a specific circuit breaker could be tripping due to a vaccum when the others don't his solution was admirable. Unfortunately today, most businesses push "solutions" that result in the most revenue/profit. Rather than Dave suggesting an outright replacement for the circuit breaker he suggested we investigate first by swapping the breaker with one that doesn't have issues to see if it's an outlet wiring issue or a circuit breaker issue. The difference is saving $100 by not getting a new circuit breaker if the issue was wiring related. Most businesses would say to replace the circuit breaker without even troubleshooting, and if it was truly a wiring issue then charge to fix that too when it inevitably trips again. Dave chose saving the customer money and fixing the problem the first time over profit. Unfortunately that's uncommon today. If you need any electrical work done this is the company you want to call without a doubt.

We called Dave Roche Electric after PPL told us we needed an electrician to fix our electrical panel, which was hanging off of the side of our house. They were able to come the next day, but the woman who answered the phone let me know in advance they may not be able to complete any work same day - which we were ok with since they warned us in advance! Dave arrived on time and was patient with me as I tried to get our dog upstairs in case he needed to access the electrical box within the house. He was patient in explaining to me what the issue was, as I will openly admit to having no idea what any terms he was using meant. He took his time to address what the issue was, why it occurred, and how it needed to be fixed, and he offered to fix it the same day. He left to get materials, and returned promptly to get to work. The entire time we worked with Dave, he was professional and courteous. We would recommend his company to anyone, and will continue to use him for any electric/HVAC needs we have in the future.
