Bryant-Durham Services

I hired Bryant-Durham to do four tasks: 1) replace four fluorescent light panels in a drop ceiling with LED panels; 2) install a new switch in a different location for two of those panels; 3) replace a defunct outdoor area light with a new LED light; 4) replace a fluorescent work light over the kitchen sink with an LED light. Demetrius came to provide an estimate. He is very courteous and helpful. He provided solutions and worked at keeping a lid on costs. I think the price was fair. Demetrius showed up when expected and called ahead to give us time to get ready for him. All the new lights work very well and are a great improvement over the old ones. This was a nice, clear and effective process. I recommend him and Bryant-Durham.

We just had Demetrius repair our carport lights and I can't remember when I've had a more pleasurable customer service experience. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was a delight to work with. You couldn't ask for a better customer service ambassador than Demetrius. We will definitely be using Bryant Durham for all our future needs. Thank you also to the lady that originally took my service request. She was very friendly and got my appointment scheduled quickly.

We had a great electrician, Demetrius Allen, do a complex wiring job for us. It was professionally done and we could not be happier with the result. He has our complete trust and we will ask for him personally for all of our future electrical service needs.

Demetrius did an outstanding job in our 100+ year old house (and all the issues that go along with old houses). The companies we talked to warned us about the potential problems with plaster but Demetrius got it done with no damage at all. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.
