We recently had Empire Electric replace our fuse box after water had been leaking into it from the outside. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Brad and Patrick were the technicians who handled the work, and they were very professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They explained everything clearly, addressed the issue safely, and made sure everything was up to code. They left the workspace spotless and made the whole process stress-free. I spoke with the electrician who quoted me the price over the phone. The electrician then called me from my plaza and confirmed with me that we were on the same page regarding the work that I wanted to have done. Upon completion of the job, the electrician emailed me an invoice for the work and it was for the exact amount that he had quoted me. It is not always easy to find honest contractors, I am glad I found one in Empire Electric and I will be using them again for my businesses needs.
