amazing work. they came out and performed the service with respect and honesty. they didn't try and up sell anything that was not needed. it was raining, and they still managed to perform the job in a timely manner. i would recommend this company to everyone. thank you for providing a great service in a troubling time for me and my family.

Josh was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was professional, punctual, and communicated with me through the whole process. When I asked for his advice about some decisions that had to be made, he thoroughly assessed my plans and goals for the project and his advice was absolutely the best solution. Absolutely amazing service. Jason, came out last minute, because my unit was dead. He checked everything throughly. Made sure everything was working before leaving. Josh and Dylan are the BEST!! I had many outlets that were not working, some of them had not worked for years. They came out and they were so pleasant. They are kind, respectful and honest. They didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked questions. They not only fixed the outlets but I learned so much from them in the process! If you have any electrical problems, this is your sign to call Cutter’s and get it fixed!! Don’t wait like I did, I am going to leave a picture on here of an outlet they replaced that would have caught fire had it not been replaced. So the work they did today quite possibly saved our lives. Thank-you guys so much, I will be saving Cutter’s number to my phone for any future electrical needs!

Jason’s service (well, everyone I interacted with for the service call—even Angel in the front office) was outstanding! They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and so very helpful in getting my issue resolved. On top of all of that, they were polite, kind and very personable. I have no problems working with the robotic type—take the call, get the info, schedule the service, make the repair, send the bill. However, I prefer a bit of personality to come through in my interactions with people in general, and service technicians in particular. It’s just makes for a more pleasant overall experience that will keep me coming back for assistance in the future. I highly recommended them for your HVAC needs.

I use and recommend Cutters Electrical AND HVAC every chance I get! Their office staff is super friendly and responsive and all of their techs are very professional. We especially love Josh!
