They diagnosed a power issue that other companies weren't able to. They determined it was a power company issue, so they called them- seemed to have the inside track, because power company came out within an hour. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and explained everything very well. Also, I called them at 8 at night and got a human being on the phone! Will use again and recommend to friends.

If ever I had the opportunity to encounter angels walking amongst us I would have to say that I met them through this company. Last night a power surge damaged my oustide electric panel. My 10 month old grandson lives with me and he is currently sick. We had no AC and I knew we were in for a rough night if I couldn't find someone to help us ASAP. After calling 4 other companies that came up prior to this one (Google search)either couldn't or wouldn't come out to assist I called Professional Power. If it were up to me they would always be the 1st choice on Google. Not only were they extremely prompt and courteous, but knowledgeable and more than fair. Our power is back on and I will ONLY call them if I have any future electrical, plumbing, or HVAC needs. There are not enough words in the English language to express my gratitude. I whole heartedly believe that finding this company was a planned appointment made by God himself.

This company went above and beyond for my mother. Best experience for the worst situation. My mother was without power for 4 days after a tree knocked down her power box. They came to my moms house at night (what most companies consider after hours) in hopes to restore her power. Unfortunately this job required more than expected for a night call. As discussed her power was restored mid-day today. Hands down this company has the most professional, personable, efficient, and reliable service. Greatly appreciated and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great electrician!!!!!!

Robby and PPS did a superb job installing my standby home generator at a competitive price. Coordination with the utilities companies and the required inspectors was smooth and easy, and the actual installation process, led by Ryan and Chase, was excellent. Communication when needed was clear and concise. I HIGHLY recommend them for your home improvement and repair needs!

Came home late afternoon to find my power off. I called after hours and Robby was over in 15 min. It was a bad circuit breaker. From the time I saw I had no power til the time I had power back on was around 30 min. Amazing. Super nice guys as well.

I have used PPS for two services now and can’t speak highly enough of both teams I’ve worked with. I know many folks around here struggle to find people who actually show up, and this is not a concern with this company. They’ve gone above and beyond every step of the way, even when they have been waiting on me to confirm something with THEM, they’ve reached out to make sure I knew I was not forgotten about, and to assure me they hadn’t missed communication from me. I’ve had a new HVAC unit installed with Mark and he was courteous, kind, friendly and always on time and had great communication. Jimmy and his team did some major electrical for me (installed new wiring for new chandeliers and scones as well as new switches) and everything was done beautifully and with as little damage to the Sheetrock as possible. We were so impressed as we were told by another electrician it wouldn’t be possible without tearing up an entire wall and I have two patches plus the new lighting! There was one thing that needed to be fixed and the following day they sent another electrician who was in the area JUST to resolve this issue as quickly as possible which I did not expect at all. We are still waiting on our light fixtures to arrive, but I have no worries at all their team will install with ease. I have recommended Professional Power Systems to all my neighbours as we all have had issues in the past finding reliable companies. They are amazing! Thanks Robby and PPS!
