Accurate Electric

We called Accurate Electric to help solve the mystery of flickering lights in the upstairs. Juan and Carlos were incredibly nice and informative during the entire process, managing to solve the problem as well as fix a couple extra ones along the way! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

I have used Accurate Electric several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. Robert shows up on time, gets the work done in a timely manner and is very personable and easy going. From the smallest things like installing a new light fixture to the more complicated repairs, Accurate Electric is a local individually owned company that I enjoy doing business with. I stay away from the franchise or corporately owned companies because I support local business and more often than not, you get better service and a personal experience anyway. I recommend Accurate Electric to all of my friends and family for all of their electrician needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good dependable electrician to keep in their roladex.

Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Honest, professional and fast. I had scheduled 2 other contractors to come out to give me an estimate because they would not even give me a rough idea on the the price of the job over the phone. Of the 2 only one showed up and they tried to hard sell me stuff I did not want or need and they were way to costly. I called Accurate Electric and not only could they give me a rough estimate over the phone but when the job was done they ended up coming in under budget. Yes, under budget! When I saw the invoice I was so pleased and surprised. I absolutely recommend them for any electrical job that needs to get done in a professional timely manner at a great price.

I called Accurate Electric at about 9:30 am and told them about a problem I was having with a replacement ceiling fan/light. I was somewhat surprised when I was told that an electrician could be by between 2 an 4 pm. Juan came to the door within the time frame and immediately went to work. First of all, Juan was very professional and polite and promptly put on his booties. I showed him the problem fan/light and explained the problems I was having. He wasted no time and got going to work to correct the problem. He took down the unit from the ceiling to check to make sure the unit was wired properly. He made some adjustments, and we thought the problem was solved. But the unit sill wasn't working correctly. He double checked the wiring, which looked ok and then checked my dimmer fan/light switch. Finally, he was able to confirm that the fan control part of the switch was not working which meant the switch was bad. He had a new switch in his truck and replaced the bad one. Problem solved. Juan was very pleasant and personable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing as he was doing the work. He was also very good at cleaning up after he was done. If the other electricians at Accurate are anything like Juan, then Accurate should feel very fortunate. I highly recommend Accurate, and I will definitely be calling them for any future electrical work. (Just a personal thanks to Juan - keep up the good work)

Wow! Great job... Have been using Robert for years and appreciate all the service he has provided... Will have many electrical jobs coming up in the future! Great and professional work from a company who has experience! No more 3rd rate electricians for me! Just the Best! Accurate Electric!

When I called to get a quote, the gentleman that answered the phone came across rude. When I tried to explain what type of quote is needed, he sounded as thought it was an inconvenience. Too bad. He could've gained a new customer with several commercial properties in the DFW.
