Very professional and clean job also affordable services. In the future I will recommend to anyone looking for an electric work. Service guys name LUIS AGUILAR and his coworker name KENT SAUNDERS were absolutely amazing. First 2 photos are the old ones and the 3rd one is the newer version and updated version.

Had a double pole c/b fry the bus bar which in turn caused one of my A/Cs to not work. One of my neighbors recommended Mr Sparky. It was early afternoon and within 1.5 hours Francis arrived to assess situation and brief on several options to follow. Francis was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Upon agreement, early next morning by 8 am Jonathan arrived and started the tedious and highly technical work of removing the "old" panel and installing a brand new 200 amps and 42 slots panel—-a hard and time consuming job; Jonathan was laser focused and wasted no time tackling the job ahead. Amidst a Weather heat advisory Jonathan meticulously removed and replaced this CB panel; in a few hours he plowed through to final completion meeting the highest of expectations. Safe, thorough, meticulous and tidy. Both Francis and Jonathan epitomize true professionals in their field and reflect great credit to their company, Mr Sparky. Job well done!

He explained everything clearly, treated my home with respect, and made me feel confident every step of the way. What I loved most is that the company offers a plan with no interest, which shows they really care about helping homeowners, not stressing them. I can’t wait for them to start working on my electrical panel for the Florida Room. When you find a team you can trust, you hold onto them. And Mr. Sparky has definitely earned that trust. Jacob did a great job replacing the switches and outlets in my bathroom and replacing the outdated fluorescent lighting in my kitchen. He was on time, polite, smart, and honest. I would definitely hire him again.

I was uncertain about what to think regarding this experience. I have used your company several times in the past, although not through this new office. Your company previously installed my electric car charger and replaced the fluorescent lights in my garage with LED fixtures. The electrician Dakota who came from the Palm Beach County office was very knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. However, this recent experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I felt as though Luis was more focused on generating additional charges than on resolving my actual issue. His recommendation to rewire my entire kitchen did not seem to be a genuine solution, and I did not feel confident that he properly diagnosed the problem. Additionally, I did not request an evening appointment. I was scheduled for one without being asked, and then informed of an increased charge for a night visit. At no point was I told that the time selected would result in an additional fee. The appointment was simply scheduled without offering me the option of an earlier time at the regular rate. I am looking forward to speaking to someone and having a more experienced technician come out to diagnose my issue. I paid for the diagnoses and it was not done properly or ethically.

We are extremely happy with the work Dakota did on our home with his installation of 2 ceiling lamps. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely hire him again in the future for this, and other electrical work.
