I contacted Kevin at Talbot Electric. He returned my call within hours, and sent one of his team to immediately assess and address the issue with my wall sconce which had a "short". The electrician, Leo, addressed the issue quickly, rewired the wall sconce, and restored the circuit. He further checked another fixture on the same circuit to make sure it was safe. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonable in price. I have used Talbot Electric in the past to upgrade my home to 200 Amp service. Todd was amazing! He arrived to fish wire in our condo to install 3 ceiling fans. It was very hot, humid and sticky working and he did the job without any complaints. Very minimal holes drilled and patched immediately!! We are sooo thrilled with the job done and the quick response by Talbot Electric, we will be back for any further electrical issues that may arise!! Highly recommended!!!

I have had Talbot complete two large projects for our contracting business. Kevin and his crew are energetic, they listen to clients and complete the job to each clients specific needs. I had a small project, repairing and reinstalling an exterior outlet, and they sent someone to my house right away and did a great, professional, efficient job.

Talbot just did an extensive replacement of the knob and tube wiring in our old home, and it was something we were very nervous about having done. The electricians assigned to do the job were professional, efficient, and forthright, and the holes they made in our walls were MUCH smaller than we had anticipated. They also patched the holes up when they were done and cleaned up the dust and insulation bits that came out as they went, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, they were careful to not let our cat out (since we could not be home the whole time), were friendly with our dog, and were respectful to our belongings when they had to move them around. As it turns out, our house is a total pain to rewire, so the job ended up taking far longer than anticipated. We were worried that the job would cost far more than quoted, but we received the bill and it was almost exactly as quoted despite having a few extras added on mid-job. It certainly wasn't a fun experience, but I'm glad we chose a good company to get us through it unscathed.
