So, I have been organizing special events for 25+ years and I have learned along the way that the difference between a good show and a great show is your A/V support. We almost doubled the size of Hoops for Hope this year, and from the setup to the slide show, lighting, integration of two videos and a dozen slides that had to be called up into the big screens at specific spots for various speakers - execution was flawless. Every time I work with VISTEC, the A/V is the one thing during my events I do not have to worry about. Highly recommend.

We used Visual Technologies for our annual tax conference at The Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs in October and I cannot stop praising them for the great job they did. After driving up to Syracuse from NYC for a roadshow I realized that I left my TV stand at the office in Brooklyn. Visual Technologies was able to rent me a large, rolling TV stand same day and even helped load it into my car. They were full service and super nice too! Thanks so much for saving the day!!
