Jill began the process of helping me with pricing before I arrived at the dealership. Jill was patient with my questions and requests and provided everything I needed to come in person as the next step. Laurie was the person I worked with in the dealership, and both were excellent to deal with. Both were very professional and helpful in finding the best vehicle for my needs (the Bronco Sport)!

Terrible customer service!! Bought altraxx controller and it was bad out of the box. Sent back and they received it on 9/23/2025 and it is now 11/10/2025 and still no refund. David has promised me 3 times he had it taken care of but has lied all 3 times. I do not recommend buying from this company ever!

Grabbed one of their motors for my Golf Cart here in FL. I submerged that thing in 2 ft of brackish water overnight - The only thing I did was swap gear oil twice - Still works 100% 1.5 years later! Though when I called and asked if there was something I could do in their opinion to save it, they just said bring it to a shop. Which I get but.....

They shipped products fast with no problem. The support is not good. They said "we don’t offer support". Meanwhile, the screws they sent for solenoid were too long. It took me some time to rig it. I can’t be the first to have that problem.

Picked up motor for my car carrier. David was very helpful, he got me the item I needed for a good price. I need to set up appointment time for pick up of the product, it gives them time to get it ready. Also product is made in USA

I bought a golf cart motor from them 2 years ago. It ran fine for 2 years but then started acting up. The cart would take off and then die. Before spent the money on another motor, I wanted to know if D&D thought this could be a motor issue. I knew the warranty had expired, just wanted to consult with them. The person on the phone couldn't say anything other than take it to a shop, and that they couldn't / wouldn't try to answer. Very disappointed with the push off - especially since the motor was only two years old. I won't be buying another D& D motor. Even if not for the unwillingness to talk to me, I can't afford to spend that much on a motor that only lasts 2 years.

Highly recommend D&D Motor Systems! They offer outstanding service, are incredibly responsive, and always get back to you in a timely manner. Alex was especially helpful, providing valuable feedback on motor selection for a capstone project involving an aircraft tug. He was also available for phone calls whenever I had additional questions, which was awesome. Their expertise and support made all the difference. 5/5 stars — great company!
