Immediate attention to my needs, Jerry took the time presenting multiple options after listening to what my goals and desired outcome are. He encouraged me to look further ahead if I desired to add to current project at a future date which would save me money in the long run. High degree of professionalism and fair pricing with a job cleaner when he left than when he began. Tammy in the office is always pleasant and very helpful when working out the terms of my billing and quickly responded back with answers to any questions. Only place I would trust for electrical work with my family and home.

I have worked with Duball Electric for my rental and I have to say - they’re experts!!! Brian came in and resolved the issue within minutes! He did a great job! I would always recommend them for any electrical needs.

Duball has now hung two fixtures for me. Both were done perfectly and professionally. John worked with me to get the perfect setup with the kitchen fixture. He even was kind enough to wipe the finger prints off the canopy. Job well done!

Installed the wrong outlets in my house and wanted to charge me again to install the correct ones said that the ones he installed pass code. Have 20 amp breakers and installed 15 amp GFI in all the outlets making my breakers useless.

A 3 way switch was suppose to be fixed. The electriction tried telling me I needed new wiring ran through the. whole room. I said no Il wait for my nephew to get back in town. So then he said he could fix the ceiling fan and light. when he did that he unhooked the wires to the ceiling fan and light and wired them the wrong way so If the ceiling fan was on so was the light. I couldn't just use the fan or the light it had to be both.It was suppose to be 95.00 an hour. He wasn't here an hour and I was billed 198.82. Also the way he hooked up the ceiling fan was a fire hazard.He left the cover on the fan unscrewed and wires exposed. My nephew came over and had everything running right in 30 miniutes.

Had a hot tub wired with 70ft of 220v, 60A wire. Total cost was ~$1525. They scheduled me in good time and the work was performed professionally. The electrician was a nice guy. I wish it was cheaper but the quote was comparable to other companies. I appreciated that that were willing to give a quote over the phone with just a description of the job. Ultimately it's why I went with them.

I needed an original fuse panel replaced and a new electrical meter enclosure that had a disconnect and surge suppressor for my 1960s house in rural Fairfax. I also had GFCI outlets installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I got three quotes and Duball Electric came right in the middle. Jerry and Tammy were very professional and easy to work with. That was all well done. The exceptional aspect of the experience for me was watching and interacting with the Duball electricians who did the actual installation. They were extremely professional and knew their work well. As a retired electrical engineer who designed controls for industrial machinery I have had quite a bit of interaction with electricians and the guys from Duball rate with the best I have seen in their specific electrical field. Key elements that impressed me: Their knowledge of relevant electrical code; exceptional principles and practices in the electrical work; good working relationship with Linn County code inspectors and REC (my electrical provider).
