Best Customer Service that I’ve experienced in years. Authentically honest, kind and professional! Brian and Al exceeded all expectations. They kept us updated from the time that the call was placed until the time that repair was completed and then followed up afterwards to make sure that everything was working well. A true Six Sigma experience but even better because it was executed with kindness at every level! Highly recommend this team of outstanding professionals! Job well done!

WeCo Rooter provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their response time was impressively quick, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear and professional. Brian and Zach took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with our water heater and walked us through all the replacement options in a way that was easy to understand. My septic tank was filled with roots and the drain fields had failed. Weco Rooter replaced the septic tank, installed new drain fields and installed a sludgehammer to keep the system running smoothly. The price was expensive but reasonable for what was done. JD was wonderful. .very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. Very pleased that I contacted Weco Rooter for this project.

Zack did an amazing job on both my shower and bath and I plan to hire WeCo in the future! They have an amazing team and Manager that will work with you on budgeting your projects! Speaking of budgeting, they were the most affordable out of 2 other plumbing companies by a landslide. They are a new company and don't seem to be a part of the networking cabal that charges an arm and a leg for simple jobs. If you wanna save your wallet and get amazing service, call WeCo!

I called WeCo Rooter 2 weeks ago about a septic pump, and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They made me aware that the price was subject to change depending on how bad it was. Al came out and pumped it and he was phenomenal! He was very explanatory and knowledgeable. I did have to have my drain field replaced, and I knew that was going to be a possibility before he told me it had failed. I called and got that scheduled. Lisa and Mckenzie were very helpful with all of my questions. They made sure I knew the estimate pricing before hand, and were very professional. When the day came for the field to be replaced Tony and Mitch came to do the job. They were the absolute best! Both were very knowledgeable and great problem solvers, as they encountered a possible issue with the failed field. When they were finished, they leveled out the yard as best they could and let me know they will be back to level it again in 2 weeks, to give the dirt time to settle. I could not be happier with the people I delt with and the job done! I would highly recommend!

This company made an unpleasant, and unexpected event a very pleasant experience. From the very first call they were awesome! Tim (who is super nice) was the first to come out. He was clear with what was going to be happening with the whole installation of a new septic tank/system and offered options. I hit a snag with the financing but Lisa jumped in and straightened it all out. Tony and Mitch were on site through the whole process. Hard working men! Tony went above and beyond with the clean up. He not only made sure that I was satisfied with their work, he made sure that I was "happy" with it. Everyone was professional, respectful, personable, and friendly. Nobody wants to make that call for this service, but if you have to, you need to call WeCo!! THANKS GUYS!! I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from TJ and Michael! TJ and his apprentice Michael were absolutely amazing! They arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything fixed in no time. What really stood out was how clearly they explained each step of the repair — no confusion, no upselling, just honest and professional service. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and left the work area spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find such a reliable and genuinely kind team — TJ and Michael set the bar high for what great service should be. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
