East Coast Residential LLC

I contacted Larry Ferreira and asked him to make roof repairs. Excellent service! A job well done and a very good price. I will use him again when I plan to replace my roof. Very professional, courteous, and thorough job. I highly recommend to anyone in need of assistance with their roof.

Very reliable, neat and professional. Gave a good price and even showed pictures of before and after the job was completed. I highly recommend East Coast Residential LLC. This is the third time I have used them for one of my homes and each time I had a positive experience.

My roof leak in many different places. Larry came out and told me the bad news that the roof needed to be replaced. I braced my self for the bad news. His people came out and replaced the roof and their work was EXCELLENT. The roof looks better than it ever did. They didn’t leave any mess behind. The whole roof was done in 2 days and I am very happy. I will happily recommend Larry and his company to anyone who needs their roof done. Oh and the price was very reasonable. THANK YOU AGAIN LARRY! If you are concerned about hiring a roofing company be sure he is the right one to hire.

East Coast Residential was recommended to me by A friend/contractor. I’d like to thank Larry for his quick response to two of my roof repairs that a previous Roofer who caused issues not mentioned. He is courteous and professional, and they did a neat and clean job. The price was extremely fair. thank you, Larry.

Larry is truly amazing! From start to finish, his work was thorough, efficient, and top-notch. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Larry is incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions or provide helpful advice. His attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for someone reliable and skilled!

I would 10/10 recommend East Coast Residential for any of your needs. From the first day I called, Larry was punctual and efficient. I needed to have the downspout replaced on the outside. He came by my house to check out the work and provide an estimate the same day I called. The next day I called and was able to schedule time for him and his crew to come back out for the replacement. I had to work in the office and the team was flexible and came to do the work anyway. They were all on time, very professional and everything looks perfect. Services are also very affordable, which is always a plus when you're a homeowner! I'd definitely hire Larry and his crew back for future repairs. Thanks East Coast Residential!

Larry and his team were GREAT!. Communication was fluid - very responsive. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. His team were on time and and fast. Quality work and competitive prices. He took his time to explain the work needed and gave me options. Checked in weeks later after heavy rainfalls to ensure there were no issues. That's amazing customer service. Glad to report - NO LEAKS!! Would absolutely recommend this group.
