So glad I found this company! They fixed my dishwasher leak quickly and gave me a fair, upfront quote before starting. The technician was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself.

Great dispatcher but horrible technicians. They want to collect the service call before even looking at the problems. We sent the first technician home who disrupted our business by using our work area to write up his invoice before even looking at our fryer. The dispatcher was kind enough to send us a second technician on the next day. Two technicians show up and once again want to collect before inspecting the issue. This time we said "okay, we’ll pay. Can you start working now?" They said we don’t have the tools and we’ll have to come back tomorrow but you have to pay the service call. We told the dispatcher and the technician on the phone what was the problems. We got the parts ready. Yet both time, their technicians showed up and want to collect without even start looking at the issue. This is as if they knew they couldn’t fix the problem and afraid you won’t pay after hey tell you that they aren’t capable of doing so. I then learned that these are contractors. So, you can’t even be sure these guys are trained much less authorized technicians. Extremely frustrating experience on both day. Once again, the only one that was professional was the dispatcher. I felt bad that he is catch in the middle. However, we wasted two business days ourselves and now back to square one. Hope this review help someone out there. Save yourself some time and move on to the next company.

Great customer service from start to finish. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the issue accurately, and fixed our appliance promptly. Very pleased with the results.
