Intech is amazing! I didn’t know what to do after a dishwasher part melted. I was fully expecting them to come in-person to assess and do the repair which would have been hundreds of dollars. However, they responded quickly via Yelp with a way that I could order a replacement part and fix the problem myself. He even gave me the exact part number to order after getting photos from me of the dishwasher. I had some additional questions that were quickly answered. I’m so happy with this company! They didn’t milk me for more money just to turn a profit. I will be using their services the next time an appliance breaks. Highly recommend them!

Overall: 10/10, excellent and quick communication, great service. From asking for a quote via Yelp to finishing the job, it took a total of three hours on a SATURDAY! I had an older washer/dryer that needed to be diagnosed and ideally fixed by the end of the weekend. It was filling up with water, but didn't drain or spin. Tony was one of the quickest and reasonably priced quotes I received through Yelp, responding within minutes. Intech was the only company offering same-day service (within 3 hours of the request) on a Saturday, whereas other companies offered appointments as early as Monday, which wouldn't have worked with my work schedule. Anthony arrived within the timeframe provided and diagnosed a broken lid switch very quickly. He explained to me the repair and overrode the lid switch to diagnose the issue. Gave me an updated price quote after diagnosing, which was definitely reasonable compared to the 6-8 companies I called/online requested. Professional, transparent, and efficient service. He even asked if I had any issues with my dryer or if there was anything else around the house he could help me with while he was here. Very happy to support a local business with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in their service area, and I already mentioned them to my property manager, should anyone else need service. Thank you, Intech!

Intech Pro. Services has saved the day for my condominium complex and for me as a private home owner. Both situations involved old machines. Anton was thorough and efficient in diagnosing the issues. He clearly laid out the options (repair or replace) with no pressure to do one or the other. The service was timely, clearly communicated, and effective. In one case, the repaired machine is working consistently; in the other, it was obvious that cost-wise, it was better to replace. I would highly recommend this provider. They are friendly and provide high quality service., I feel I can trust them.
