Reliable Parts

I was told by another appliance part store that no one had the part I needed to fix my refrigerator. I ordered one online, but I took a drive to reliable as a second option because it is the day before Thanksgiving and I really need my fridge to work. When I got home with the part Reliable sold me the one I ordered online was on the doorstep. I installed that Amazon condenser fan motor thinking I could just return the unopened part from Reliable. Well the Amazon motor would not spin at all. I uninstalled that one and installed the motor from Reliable and it works perfectly. Fridge is cooling and I don't need to live out of coolers for Thanksgiving. Reliable is exactly that!

No...no never come back to this business and never trust on it. Double the cost and them do not know what included on this kit parts. Really bad customer service. If you want to do it by yourself, better with the big business like Lowe's Cheaper and low, low prices and some time Lowe's Store has the parts in stock and low prices. Trust me and get time to looking at the bigger stores.

Unwilling to work with customers. Not friendly customer service. Long wait times and no flexibility to their policies. I bought a part at 9am and returned it at 10am and no refund because I attached it to the washer to find out it wasn't the right part. I didn't use the part at all. Just put a couple screws in the designed holes for the screws. Do business elsewhere. There's a reason their overall rating is only 3.9

I bought a stove switch yesterday and tried to return it the next day, they said isn’t returnable as long as I plugged the connector to it because their policy says no return if it’s used! I told them to charge me restocking fee or just because i used it they said no. Also I found it online cheaper than their price

Long waits. Slow workers, management doesn't help out front counter. I'm probably gonna cancel my account. I'm tired of this business. I've been going there for years, and it's just going down into the dirt.

Great experience for me! I called them about a defrost timer and they had lots in stock, my trip there was quick and easy because I knew what part number I needed-- that said, I would advise calling them (you may be directed to a main call center that will be just as helpful), when I called they found the part but their part number was very different than the part number on the timer I was taking out. So, calling ahead may save you time. 🙂

The team was VERY helpful! I thought I needed to replace a part… and the gentlemen behind the counter did a quick diagnostic (without me knowing) and said it wasn’t the problem. He could sell me the part but did not believe it would fix the issue. A repair technician was in the store getting parts and he got his opinion as well. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time - Thank you! Highly recommend!
