Service Wizards

Sutton and his journeyman trainee were an AWESOME service tech team!! They were well above 5 stars…..so detailed and thorough, checking every item associated with fall maintenance. No tech has ever checked our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms but they were checked today AND they discovered the CM alarms did NOT have batteries in them!! I had batteries and they installed them in each alarm and tested each alarm to make sure it was working!! Their people skills were super and they treated us like we were their beloved grandparents!! We are so pleased to have had them service our units and look forward to their returning to do service on our units next spring!! Charlotte and George Paden Sand Springs, OK

Sutton was so polite and knowledgeable! He came out to help with our unit, diagnosed and fixed right away. Within an hour or so we had cold ac again! Really thankful for his knowledge and professionalism! He’s the best! By far one of the best, if not the best experience I’ve had with hvac company!

Excellent, professional work. Myron did a fantastic job. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. Lightning had fried my capacitor, but Myron quickly cleaned everything up and replaced the bad wiring. Thanks, Service Wizards!

Seth came out twice and did a great job. Replaced 2 full AC units and made it quick and easy. Came out again and helped discover a drainage problem with the coil drain and fixed it up. Great service and I can tell he loves what he does. Doesn’t get better than that.

I saw them working in our neighborhood (BA) and gave them a call when our AC went out. We had a wonderful experience starting with Vickie in dispatch (talking to a live person is the first amazing thing these days). Dwayne came out very quickly to diagnose our AC issues, we were grateful they were able to see us so quickly. We knew we needed a new system, ours was 20+ years old and had been fixed/replacement components multiple times. This was one of the few companies that worked with our budget instead of trying to sell us a system the price of a new car. Both Dwayne and Danny answered all our questions thoroughly and Danny went through the contract line by line and helped us make adjustments and get the install scheduled immediately. The new system is so quiet, we barely know it's running. The variable speed is sure to save us money on the electric bill as well. We are extremely happy with the system we got, we feel it was high value for an economical price. Most of the bigger companies have a "corporate" process that takes longer, is higher pressure and more expensive, but Service Wizards is still doing things the old school way. The techs and foreman who came out for the install were excellent, courteous, and efficient. We are so happy to have found an HVAC company to stick with!

I called for a split unit that was giving up problems. They came out that day cleaned it up got it running good and also made a video. The service guy spent time explaining what we can do to help the system run better. Tricks to keep it in good shape. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Top notch service! Sutton was my tech for the service today. Super professional and up front with everything, kept me informed through the whole job! Most importantly I have cold air again in my office! I would highly recommend service wizard for any ac work or repairs! Great job guys!
