Force Home Services Plumbing, AC, & Heating

We had our AC go out on Monday and gave them a call around 5pm, they called us back around 6:30pm and then were at our house Tuesday morning at 8am. Previously, I worked with Jax on a plumbing issue, then Larry to assess our AC. More recently, I worked with Brad Fox and let me tell you, these guys are hard workers. The job I hired Force Home took a little longer than expected, but Brad and his team worked nonstop to get my insulation up to code, and AC and ducts replaced. They didn't keep me in the dark and gave me updates throughout the job. Plus, these guys are great with cats and dogs, my family loved the guys from Force Home Services. Also, the back office is full of wonderful ladies who work to be one step ahead of you with paperwork.

Force Home Services did an outstanding job replacing the two water heaters in my home. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. The installation was done with great care, and the improvement in performance was noticeable right away. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend Force Home Services to anyone needing reliable, top-quality work!

Day 46 Update and final (I hope): Force Home Services contracted with Luis to fix the water damage in the ceiling that was created by their horrible installation. Thank you Luis. I hope this is the end of the avoidable saga of my air handler replacement (see Day 36 update). I'm sticking with my generous 2 star rating for them since they responded swiftly after the problems were reported. Will I use them again? Absolutely not. I did not sign up for inferior work and neither should you. Day 36 update: Downgrading from 5 stars to 2 stars. THE BAD: Installation errors galore (see pictures): 1) the air handler condensate line didn't have the right pitch to the sink line, so it backed up in my pan 2) the air handler pan overflowed because the pitch was backwards and couldn't flow to the outside line 3) the existing drain pan was not moved underneath the new air handler, allowing more water to leak onto my ceiling and 4) the insulation in the unit was inadequate and had to be replaced. THE GOOD: 1) they proposed a nice cost-effective solution to my 10.5 year old Carrier system and 2) they were prompt in getting to my house when I reported the problems. I'm still waiting for the ceiling repair crew. More to come....

Great service, had to order parts, the tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept us informed all the way through the process. I highly recommend this company and the tech. Briscoe Palmer will tell you about the cost after repairs are done. Repairs are done and all is well with our furnace Briscoe had to chase after additional parts and finished up today 11/14 If you need help with your furnace or AC I recommend this company and the tech. Briscoe Palmer you won't go wrong. Oh the prices was better than I expected, reasonable. I will be using them again.

Made an appointment online for a leaking water heater and they called me back within 10 min and said they would dispatch Jax ASAP. Jax was patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. The installation went very smoothly. Jax knew exactly what he was doing. His work even impressed my father - which is hard to do! Thank you for such wonderful service!

Cody came out for a small plumbing job. I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. I do home service myself and he motivated me to be better with my own customers. 5 stars Cody!!! We used a coupon for a heater and plumbing inspection. The teams that came out were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. That offered some recommendations to help improve our systems but they were not pushy about it. When we are ready, or any thing else comes up, i will not hesitate to call them.
