Best Appliances

Edwin and Best Appliances were great to work with. I was finally ready for my Speed Queen set… and there is a national backorder. Edwin already had a set on order and was great about keeping me updated on their arrival. When they arrived he personally delivered them next day and hooked them up with all new, high quality connections. I am so happy with my washer and dryer. I know they were worth the wait! I will use Edwin and Best Appliances again for any future needs. Photos included of before and after!

Great knowledge, great customer service. A great experience from start to finish (research: helping us decide on the right appliance brand and model; sales: clear and no-gimmick; communication: always responsive and available and clearly communicated and answered questions; availability: even though these models are back ordered - was able to get what we wanted very quickly; delivery: quick delivery and on time; installation: very professional, made sure was careful in our house, installed the appliances, tested them out and showed us how to use. Edwin was amazing and helped us find the perfect appliances and was very knowledgeable about them, especially loved that he had personal experience with the same one at his house. It was such a welcoming visit and we were even offered snacks and beverages! The guys who delivered were great as well! They went above and beyond and worked hard to get it to stop leaking when at first they thought I would need to replace the connection at the wall and call a plumber. The only reason whey I did not provide 5 stars is because when they reinstalled my front doors (they had to remove completely to get it in my house) they did not put my storm door on correctly and now it doesn’t shut properly and is being scratched as the hinge was not aligned correctly and will need to find someone to come reinstall it. Other than that everything was amazing and we will still def be going back for more as I upgrade things!

Edwin was great to work with. He answered every question I had about washing machines. I bought a Speed Queen, and he delivered it and set it up the next day! I am so happy to be rid of my 3 year old failed Maytag!

The owner is Fantastic!!! I actually went by there this morning & was able to be squeezed in & have my appliance delivered today. He went above & beyond as far as customer service!! My appliances works GREAT!! Came with warranty & they installed it very quickly & the process of financing was very easy! 10/10 hands down & very reasonable with the prices!!!

Edwin is a rock star! We did our homework before meeting with him. Many of the reviews we read/watched stressed the importance of purchasing from a dealer who also services them. We met Edwin at his store, after he finished a service call, at the request of Speed Queen. Someone purchased a washer from another DFW dealer earlier in the week, but that dealer doesn't service what they sell. Edwin determined the shipping bolts weren't removed by that dealer when they delivered and set up the new washer. A quick fix for a Speed Queen customer who wanted to return their newly purchased washer - until Edwin resolved the issue. The process of finding the right washer/dryer was seamless - and Edwin had them in stock. He showed us different washers and dryers, and he took the time to explain the advantages and things to consider. He delivered and set up the washer/dryer the same day. He showed us how to use them and confirmed everything worked before leaving our house. He also reached out a few days later to make sure everything was good. We made a sound investment in Speed Queen and Best Appliances!
