Had this company out twice for a fridge repair. My ice wouldn’t switch from cubed to crushed or crushed to cube along with a couple other issues. He came the first time and said we need to pull the fridge out so he can get behind it and he would come back. Second time he tightened two screws on the ice maker and said he cleaned the coils. Then when asked why the coils didn’t get cleaned, he said they aren’t allowed to touch them. He then left. 2 weeks later and two visits from this company, I’m still in the same predicament I was in originally.

Feb 26, 2025 update: The service technician came to evaluate our washing machine which was making very scratchy sounds and taking over two hours to complete cycles. This company provides top quality service. S and W Service repaired our microwave; the service technician came prepared with the parts and was very professional with his approach and work. Great experience working with this company!

I had used S&W for my dishwasher repair as I went through the home warranty and had Laivinski come out and do the work. There were no issues with getting the repair done in a timely manner and had actually arrived earlier due to a change in schedule to get the repair done. I will go with this company again and recommend them to anyone that asks for such services and more. When it came to communicating with them, they called at first and when I was unable to answer a text message was left in detail to what was to come next. Such as an attempt to call back or the ability to communicate through text itself.

Service was provided under home warranty. S and W communicated directly with me to identify the problem, and showed up 100% prepared for the job. I was given a time window for the work to be done. The service technician called an hour early to tell me when he would arrive, and he arrived promptly at that time. He was courtious and professional at all times, kept the work area clean, and completed the work quickly. He ran diagnostics both before and after performing the work, and verified that the repairs were successful before leaving. In short, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I strongly recommend this business.

We had them out to repair our stove top last week. They are extremely thorough, on-time, and made sure that the repair was done properly and completely. Friendly, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely call them again for stove or any other home repair. Excellent service and attention to detail.
