Our technician Josh did an great job diagnosing the problem with our dryer. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the appointment. He was able to fix our dryer within an hour or so and provided information on the various components in the dryer. I had a great experience and i would definitely recommend Zip Appliance. I would use them again in the future.

The repairman Brian came back to my house because the problem came back after he fixed it. He first came to repair my washing machine when I was not home and my family member was there watching the house for me. The machine had to be fixed again about a week later for the same problem. Brian came out to check on the machine and repair again if needed. There was no repair needed everything was still good. The problem is we are overloading our washer, without knowing it. Brian educated us and told us how to wash properly, per our specific Samsung washer. I appreciate the time he took to explain washing and the specifics of my machine. He was very kind and personable. I'm calling them back if I have any other appliance repair needs

Excellent response to my needs. They offered a visit for same day service. Brian, the service tech. came to diagnose the issue on my oven. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would call Zip again for any of my appropriate service needs!

I was happy with the end result. The repair did become a little complicated and the technician continued to work on it longer than anticipated. He asked his fellow technicians for additional assistance. He made sure that I was satisfied with the end result. I appreciate the efforts to make sure that the job was done right— before signing off on it. He didn’t just do the repair —he checked his work. Thank you, Josh and Jacob and Brian!!
