Bad experience detailed below. This service was ordered by someone else for me, so I can't comment on the cost, but the rest of the service was simply bad. Details below I was initially told they would arrive at 12 PM CST, and they were knocking on my door by 10 AM. No updates, no announcements or contact. They did not identify themselves, only saying "I'm here to clean the ducts." No explanation of what they were going to do or anything. Simply going about their task. They use a combo of electric air compressor and a gas-engine powered dust collector. The compressor runs off my electricity (nobody said a word or even asked, and I didn't get a say). The dust collector dumped gas fumes into my place, making my young child and me sick, so I opened the windows. Shortly after, the tech turned up the heat. Again, no explanation. I walk over and let them know the windows are open, asking why the heat is on. They ask if that was what I had ordered, and I let them know that I was not the one to order it. They said they would "confirm the order" with their boss, and walked out. They called the person who ordered it, and that person then accused me of "obstructing" and preventing the tech to work. Asking a question is off limits when literally nothing has been explained? Instead of any further communication, they simply packed up and left without saying a word. They left the door of the HVAC closet open, dirt was still in the house, garage, and out front. They drove off leaving the job unfinished. On top of that, they put 2 2-3" long scratches on the front right fender of my car in the garage. I called in that day to complain about the service, spoke with someone calling themselves "Logan" and was told that I would receive a call back by the end of day. It didn't happen. It still hasn't happened. I called again after a week and still no return call. The experience I had showed a company who engaged in unprofessional, dishonest behavior, demonstrably lying to and about the customer, and damaging property. They refuse to even return a call. I can think of no good thing to say; absolute dishonesty at every possible encounter with these people.
I had a great experience with my HVAC technician, Shane. He was prompt, professional, and diligent throughout the entire visit. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions, but he also shared helpful information about my AC system that gave me a better understanding of how it works and how to maintain it. While Shane provided excellent customer service, what really stood out was the level of care he brought to the entire experience. He made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the work being done. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in a positive customer experience. Mike Clark was my tech for mt 6 months maintenance for my furnace I did point out my concerns for my fan motor and he confirm that was was beyond repair and to replace it which I could hear my fan screaming really loud but from now on I plan on having mike come out and service my unit
Charlie was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and clearly knew his stuff when it came to our HVAC system. We had an incredibly complex problem he diagnosed, explained everything thoroughly, and advocated for us with the manufacturer resulting in us getting a new unit under warranty. He went out of his way to provide the best service and he was very respectful of our home, keeping his workspace tidy. Highly recommend Charlie for any HVAC needs – truly a top-notch technician!
