PDM Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Since 1885

Chris is truly the best! Our boiler heat wasn't kicking on, and he expedited his trip out here to figure out the issue, and get the house nice and toasty in no time! He was efficient, kind, and problem solved the issue with ease. We look forward to seeing him again in the spring when we switch back to AC!

Very nice service tech but I am not sure what we payed for.. Paid $231.00 for about 5 minutes of time and told "it could be your injector pump but it looks like its working but I have one and can replace it for $1200 right now to see if that works" or maybe your septic needs emptying... emptied septic, problem still there, pump is running but water still backing up.. not sure what the problem is. do we need a new injector or not, do we pay 1200 and maybe it fixes it?

Chris was very thorough in inspecting our furnace and getting it ready for the winter heating season. Explained what he was doing and why it was important to do it. I appreciated his patience and sincere effort to get the job done right.

PDM is absolutely awesome!!! They’ve been servicing I and my wife’s home and business for a few years now and they only seem to get better! They listen to your concerns and work to accommodate the most reasonable solution. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity call PDM they haven’t been in business since 1885 for nothing they are proven and trust worthy! Their tech Cris is the Best!!!

It has taken me a while to write this review as I am on "retirement time" but as I am sitting in my very comfortable air conditioned home when it has been so many days of 90 degrees it prompted me to write the review. In April I tested my ac to find it did not work so I contacted PDM and Kristina (always polite and professional) scheduled Dan to come out. It was a very old unit so I didn’t want to put a band-aid on it and opted to replace the furnace and ac. Dan and Mike came and replaced both in one day, great team work! Kudos to all at PDM, no wonder this company has been around so long!

I had a minor urgent plumbing problem & I didn’t know where to turn. PDM were the only ones who’d rearrange their schedule to squeeze me in. From the beginning they were prompt, professional & kept me abreast of the work they were doing. My house is older & they found outdated pipes & potential hazards down the road. I was so happy with their work I signed up for their membership & they have come out & checked out my furnace. We had one pricing difference on a project. Jake & I discussed the issue. Although we disagreed he was always cordial with me & in the end refunded the amount in question. I believe that to be fair business to go along with the excellent service they provided. Btw, I just had PDM install a new hot water heater!

PDM service rep Chris Spotofora is efficient, and polite. Chris has done a variety of services for us over the years, sump pumps, furnace, air conditioning. He is a fantastic person and repairman. We do not look forward to problems, but when we have a need we look forward to Chris stopping by to fix our equipment problems. Chris and PDM has provided excellent service to us for several years.
