Beware, this is a terrible company to do business with! Hired them to come fix my washer I was told that they needed to order the parts and the new parts would fix my washer. When they came back with the parts they replaced them and left. When we went to use it the drum was tilted, so I looked at it and removed the rear cover and they didn’t install the parts correctly. Who doesn’t test their work after they finish the repairs? See pictures of how they left my washer and told me that they fixed it. I asked them to come out to complete the work that I paid for and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and take a look at another appliance that was in the garage to possibly get that fixed. When they came back the guy told my wife that the washer couldn’t be used as it was intended and to not put as much laundry anymore. If they would have told me that in the first place I wouldn’t have spent more money on the repairs of this washer I would have bought a new one. Very bad customer service I will never use this company again! Lady kept cutting me off and talking over me while I was talking.

Will "fix" then charge you then wont answer their phone when you have to pay for another company to fix their mess up!

Called around 9:30am they came within an hour to take a look at my dryer, repaired it quickly informed me what the issue was, had the parts in his vehicle so was a quick fix, tested out the dryer gets hot quickly. Thank you for your services, will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Very impressed with this company. They came out quickly fix the problem quickly very reasonable in price. Helped me work with the home warranty as everyone knows the home warranty are awful to work with and most people won’t but they were happy to help me .I appreciate them so much. I would recommend them and plan on using them With any appliance needs

Thank you for coming out today on short notice to service my Drier, and fix my washer. They are a very nice professional and cleaned up whole area. Price was very reasonable and they are very honest. Will definitely use them anytime I have a problem with an appliance

These people sent a "repairman" to fix our deep freezer that was having a thermostat issue - the "repairman" disassembled the deep freezer, then claimed he couldn’t put it back together (language barrier also made it difficult to understand the problem) and said he was leaving to "pick up a loaner freezer and would be back." They never answered the phone again and never returned with the promised equipment. Fortunately, M&M Appliance in Midland came over on short notice and helped us with the repair before most of our frozen food spoiled. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm unable to 'reply' to the comment below from the company claiming this is their competition. I do not participate in any repairs nor have a competing business, which is why I hired professionals for this service. Please feel free to give me a call, but the team literally came to my house. You have in fact spoken with me, scheduled service, arrived on-time, disassembled the machine, and then never returned calls for the repairs after claiming that you "would be back that afternoon."

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not use this company for any repairs! Paid 280$ to recharge freon on a refrigerator and did not work, when we called to let them know they gave us the run around and now do not answer the phone. Called an actual appliance technician and was told they overfilled the fridge with freon freezing the refrigerator fan causing it to blow and now that is an additional 500$. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company!
