I received very professional service from Precision Garage Door Service. The personnel from the company was very involved in working with me from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. The employee who performed the work (Phil) communicated often prior to his arrival to keep me informed of estimated time of arrival to my home. He was so professional and very competent! He explained to me what it would take to remediate my door issues and repaired it quickly. I was afraid I was going to have a big bill (like when any other maintenance personnel would be called), but it was VERY reasonable. I decided to ask him to fix some other issues with the door that were not an emergency to address (i.e. seal). He gave me an estimate and he performed the work beautifully. I have never been so happy with company as I am with Precision. Thank you Phil!

I called for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised that they have Saturday appointments. On Saturday I got a call from Anthony Cellucci telling me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and put together the estimate. I liked the price and he said that he could do the work right now if I wanted. He installed 2 new garage door openers and accessories right on the spot. I was extremely happy to not have to wait for parts to be ordered. Anthony was extremely professional, polite, and cleaned up, leaving my garage looking better than when he arrived. I am extremely happy with Anthony and Precision Garage Door. I will use them again in the future.

Friendly Professionals that care about the quality of their work and service they provide. Cheaper than their competitor, Highly recommend. Great example of this, after installation, the installer noticed a quarter sized dent in the door. You couldn't even notice it unless the sun was shining the right way and you were looking from a side angle. They ordered a new panel and came back weeks later to replace it.

Jules showed up prior to my 12-4 time slot. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately and was open and upfront about the cost of the repair. He completed the job in less time than originally thought and explained to me what had been completed when he was finished. This is my second time using Precision Garage Door Services and I will continue to use them if service continues to be as great as it has been.

Great experience! Getting a live person to speak to for scheduling was a huge help and they were able to schedule us next day. Jules was very professional, knowledgeable and best of all, sincere. Easy first appointment with same day visit. Honest pricing and they delivered and installed right on time. They were able to match the color of our house too! This was unbelievably easy in this age of complicated stuff.
