Do not park here even though it's next to the best barbecue joint in Memphis. $20 for an hour parking it's too expensive stairwell still stinks of urine. And there was a homeless man sitting in the bottom of it. Broken pipes, and concrete was slick

Worst garage ever. Worst parking app ever. App won't load. No text option, only QR. Takes forever to receive the code, then fails. Nasty garage with ridiculously small spaces. Worst of all, parking was almost a dollar a minute. Truly a horrible company. I hope someone from the company reaches out to discuss. Wish there was an option for -5 stars.

First of all it's disgusting. Second there was a man there in what appeared to be a uniform collecting money and now we have received a letter in the mail saying we owe 25 for parking and 46 for them sending us a letter.

Was skeptical to park here as all the area parking lots/garages have similar reviews. I paid via the QR code on one of the wall’s. I left just shy of 2 hours time. Checking a couple hours later, it showed I was still actively parked there, in which it was still charging. Clearly their license plate readers failed to capture the exit and I hate if this happens to everyone. I called their customer service and spoke to a representative that asked if I had exited, then transferred me. The second representative told me I had to close out on the app and that would close out the parking stay. That is wrong, people aren’t going to think they need to do that if they trust the company license plate readers are to do that. The charge ended up being what it should’ve been vs what it was showing. I hope this is all I have to deal with as I read others were still erroneously charged again later or accused of not paying. I suggest doing your research of parking options in downtown Memphis.

This place is scamming people. I pulled in to park and decided not to stay bc I could just park at my hotel and walk. Now I get hit with a $68 parking violation that went to the rental car company. Took me a while to figure out bc I knew I never received a ticket of any kind. DONT USE THIS GARAGE!!

Awful car park, overpriced compared to local hotel valet. Place is falling apart too, leaking real bad from damaged pipes. Stairwell stinks of urine. Some shady characters kicking about the lot too.

My car was broken into and stolen with personal belongings inside, a month ago-today. We parked here for a night while driving cross country for the holidays and came back 10 hours later to our car and all our belongings gone, and they weren't out in the open, the car was locked, but the thief broke the window and somehow hotwired the car. This is a well lit garage with security cameras but the area is not safe. I do not recommend parking here-- go somewhere with a booth and/or gated access.
