Awesome job with garage door work. I was given multiple options, and pros/cons explained. Work was done the same day, within budget, no complications. They also explained the best way to maintain the new mechanism for optimal longevity. absolutely recommend to others.

Excellent customer service, I contacted him on a weekend and he arrived the same day to take measurements. His recommendations are excellent all repairs were completed and now the garage door is back in service.

I contacted Universal Garage Doors to come make my garage door functional. They let me know they were busy but he kept in contact with me and came out on a Saturday afternoon to complete the job. They had to completely take the door down and reinstall. They had the parts on their trucks to complete the job. Very fair pricing and easy to work with. Will use them again.

Universal came to my house and did a great job replacing my garage doors. Id hire them again and would recommend them to anyone

5 Stars - Excellent Service! I called Universal Garage Doors this morning around 10:35 AM for a stuck commercial garage bay door. To my surprise, Gildo showed up by 12 noon—super fast response time! He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fully repaired and even improved in just about 15 minutes. Super professional, efficient, and friendly. I’m already planning to get more work done next week. Can’t recommend them enough—excellent job all around!

Recently, I had a spring break on my garage door. Called Universal and he was able to come the same day, inspect, measure and the very next day in the afternoon was able to make the repair! All this during covid crisis. He wore a mask when I was around and was polite, respectful and very professional. I would highly recommend their services. We were also able to communicate with pictures via text.
