For anyone who sees this message, ASAP garage doors are the best! They are legit great on price and service. The owner Luis is such a nice guy and is really accommodating. Trust that they will fix your garage door problem at the best price. I will 100% recommend their service.

I bought their most expensive insulated model door. It was installed improperly causing damage. The manufacturer confirmed the way it was installed wrong. This company has been avoiding repairing it for a month now leaving me to manually open and close my garage door. Their own rep came or and agreed with the damage after first trying to blame something else once I showed the installation instructions and manufacturers messages. Yet, they still haven’t ordered a replacement and keep ducking a response. For the pictures, this model door requires an additional vertical support bar for the bracket due to its weight and a different kind of bracket itself. Edit: funny how quick the response was to a review vs. doing the right thing and quickly replacing the broken panel. I’ve added a picture of the quote from your company and can also add the payment receipt so you don’t fool others into thinking that this isn’t your company.

I recently had my garage door torsion springs and cables replaced by ASAP Garages. The owner, Luis, and his son, Luis Jr., were amazing! They arrived on time and got right to business. I was very impressed with their work ethic and their attention to detail. They also took the time to explain the repair process to me and answer any questions I had. Best Customer Service Fixed my Garage Door in 1 hour max great service very friendly

This company left m in worse shape than before they came. I feel embarrassed to admit it but I got Hadley swindled. When they replaced my rollers they threw the old greasy ones on my garage floor. They got grease all over a chair cushion. They borrowed my ladder and left it out. I am in a wheelchair so putting my 10 ft ladder away was very hard. My garage screen was out about 2 inches. They left it hanging about 2.5 feet. And they caused all my remotes to stop working. They all worked before asap "fixed" everything. They came back to "fix things " again my remotes worked for an hour. The next day as I tried to leave my door would not open w my remotes . That means getting out of my car, putting my wheelchairs back together to roll over the the button on the wall. Look at me he pic below to see how they left my garage screen.

This is as good a home repair/improvement I've ever dealt with. They were very professional over the phone and were not afraid to give me ball park figures and options over the phone. We made an appointment for them to come to the house to measure and give me a final quote. They showed up on time for that appointment. I made a second appointment for the installation and they showed up 15 minutes early, went right to work and were done in less than three hours. Their work was flawless, the motor and other parts exactly what we had agreed on. They gave me a one year warranty in writing. All work was done to meet the newest hurricane specifications for and is up to code. They took the old part, rails, nails, screws, washers with them, and swept the garage and driveway. The was nothing to indicate that they had installed a new garage door that same day. The garage was spotless. I give them five starts.`
