Lee was super responsive and helpful. Our garage door completely broke over the weekend and Lee was available to return my call immediately, gave me a timely and very competitive quote and worked with my availability and timeline to install a brand new amazing garage door. Zach, who came out to install the door, was equally great. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time, was very organized, did the install and removed the old door leaving everything cleaner than he found it. I couldn't have been happier with the service Lee and his team provided. Thank you for the amazing work!

I own a rental up in twin peaks. The garage door fell down and was laying on the ground in October. My tenant was still living there and I wasn’t ready to get a new door in case of further damage. Kustom garage doorz came out and was kind enough to put the garage door back up on the track and gave me a quote for a new garage door. When the tenant moved out the following month, Kustom Garage Doorz replaced the door without any hassle. The weather was horrible during the month of November and December. However, the first break of good weather in January my garage door was replaced. It looks amazing. I had a lot of Wood rot and that was replaced as well. Absolutely no problems, the communication was great. And I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

Think this business is out of business. We prepaid for a garage door over 2 years ago. We're sorry that Lee passed away, but when you own a business, you have a responsibility to your customers. We wanted to give the family time to grieve, and we did, but we haven't had any response from the business to get our money back. Went to the business and it was dark. Didn't have any contact info anywhere. We have sent emails and text messages without any response. Also tried to call, but received "mailbox is full" when we tried to leave a message. Going to have to take legal action.

The technician Adam came about two hours after my call and I took him down to my golf cart garage as I was locked out and the opener wasn’t working. He promptly was able to get my garage door opener back online. He was here for maybe 20 minutes at most and wanted to charge me $250, I disagreed with his fee and we agreed on 150. This is not very ethical at all.

I decided to replace an outdated garage door opener, as ours had stopped working. We contacted Lee at Kustom Garage Doorz and he came out same day and gave us an estimate. Not only did he make a great recommendation on a new opener he got our old one working for no charge. We made an appointment and the door was replaced for a very fair price. Once installed we ran into an issue with the clickers which prevented us from using or entering from outside. This happened on Sunday and we contacted Lee and he was at my place within 20 minutes! This kind of service speaks volumes and was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This garage door company is the best of the best. Great prices, the installation was flawless, and I received fast service. My new garage door is beautiful. The owner helped me choose the style and he was right, it looks perfect with the style of my house. The owner and employees are very nice, friendly, and really care about their customers. You won’t go wrong using this company.

We recently moved into a house without an attached garage. The backup battery on our opener was depleted and we were not able to open, or access our garage. Oops. Lee responded to our phone call right away and stopped by to assist. After almost two hours of hard work the door was opened! Obviously, we were very pleased and grateful. Lee refused payment and offered to stop by the following week to install a manual release on the door. Needless to say, we are very happy with his service and will use him in the future, if needed. We highly recommended Kustom Garage Doorz!
