If you want real professional service from technicians who are knowledgeable and honest, give these guys a call. I had a serious issue with my garage door chain track coming off the wall. Apparently, the house builders were too lazy to find the stud in the wall that they just bolted to the drywall (BTW, we have a steel back fully insulated door). When the technicians arrived, they looked at the problem and told me the price up front. On top of that, they found other issues such as one of the side tracks was misaligned causing it to rub against the door when it opened and closed making a horrible noise (I thought the sound was normal). And no, they weren't trying make up stuff to nickel and dime me because all the other issues they found were discovered after they quoted me the service price. Everything was explained thoroughly and shown to me so I knew these were legit issues. They fixed all the extra issues too at no extra charge. When all was said and done, my door is now nice and secure again. It operates so smoothly and quietly now. I can't expressed enough the level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty these guys have. I highly recommend them!!

So on point garage door inc . Came to my place to fix a broken spring. Long story short my home warranty declined coverage and On point gave me an estimate of $750. I had the job done by Ocean coast garage for half the price and they showed up same day

I woke up to a broken spring in my garage door. Googled around and decided to try On Point Garage Door. They were able to come out the same day and repair the springs. Super friendly and great prices.

Everyone was nice and phone calls and emails were always returned, but they didn’t do a good job. Installed my garage door opener several months ago and in addition to installing the sensors so high my small dog didn’t trigger them when he went under the garage door, garage stopped working within a week because a sensor was dislodged by the garage door opening and closing. They came out twice more to reconfigure bracket on garage door rail and both times would work the first few days but then sensor bracket would be displace by repetitive force of garage going up and down. The company then wanted to charge me a $65 for a service fee to fix a job they never did right in the first place. I fixed it myself by fastening the sensor in a different location.

Technician arrived right on time, explained the problem with my opener, and had it working in under an hour. Great experience!
