Environmental Door

Absolutely amazing service! I called Environmental because the torsion spring on my garage door broke. The woman who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and professional, offering a rough quote immediately and managing to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out first thing the very next morning. Rob, the tech, called to let me know he was on his way even earlier than expected, which was awesome. He was also very nice and professional. In the end, he replaced the spring and even added a little extra support bracket in an area he thought needed it, and the final price actually came in below what I had been quoted. Overall, I was very impressed by the speed, professionalism, and attention to detail, and will definitely be calling Environmental again for any future needs.

The phone reception to schedule was pleasant and easy to schedule. The tech was clean in appearance, and knowledgeable and explained the adjustments as needed. The service was fast and efficient. I have used them to install the door years ago with the opener and had them come before for minor adjustments. This is the garage door company you want to contract with, quality company.

Environmental Door does a great job from start to finish! Carolyn & Michelle are great to work with when we ordered our new Garaga garage door. Our Installers were super nice guys and were very respectful of our home. Did a fantastic job on the install. Definitely would recommend Environmental Door for all your garage door needs.

My garage door unit stopped working on the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out on Wednesday afternoon. Technician was kind and helpful. Was able to diagnose the issue and determine that what was broken wasn't replaceable. He told me what I would need to do to replace it and what the cost would be. I asked him if he could do that today and he did have a unit that wasn't needed on another job. The install was quick and pretty painless and the door works better that it has in the 4 years I have owned the house. It is also so much quieter and included a keypad for outside (which I didn't have before). Price seemed reasonable including, all materials, labor, and the service call. Will definitely use them in the future 🙂

Our garage door broke a hinge and was stuck up, which creates a security/theft opportunity for all of the items in our garage. A service call was placed to Environmental Door at the end of the day, and someone was there to fix it the NEXT morning. The technician re-installed hinges, added extra screws, and adjusted the door. I didn't realize HOW loud the garage door was prior to breaking until the first time I put it up post-repair and it was SO QUIET! Top-notch, timely service at a price that didn't break the bank. I won't call anywhere else for my garage door needs!

Garage door spring had snapped. Called mid-morning and tech came out mid-afternoon and replaced both springs. Very reasonably priced, excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommended.
