I'm sorry to tell you this 4 star review was not given by me, Cynthia Doud. I have never even been to California before let alone had a garage door there. Don't know how/why someone is using my name to give reviews, but it surely wasn't me! Sorry!
We love this garage door company! One of our springs broke one day. We called in the afternoon and they came out the next day. They were honest and upfront with the pricing, too — helping us to save money in the long run. Their repair job was a high quality, and we have had no issues with noise since then.
They did a great job in replacing our worn-out garage door rollers. They were here on time, got the job done quickly, and did all the necessary maintenance checks to see that every part of the garage door system is in good condition. I'm happy with their exceptional service.
Our garage door was a bit crooked on one side even though the springs and cables are both good. The guy from Fixxed looked into it and said they just needed to be re-tensioned. True enough, they were able to align it properly. Exceptional work. 🙂
