Joke of a company they were supposed to come weekly to my bldg to spray, Exterminator for over a year was supposed to show up fridays everyone would sign up and they’d show up well into the afternoon and not AMs as scheduled. Then just put NA… Finally complained to management after a year of this nonsense and showed the proof on the sign up sheets, Explained they’d call or come at said scheduled time, Failed to do so 5 times, then said "sorry what’s your address again?" LOL filed a BBB complaint, highly advise against using this company, especially if google reviews state they charge more for shvt service, technicians who don’t care, and admins / management ownership who doesn’t care. 5 attempts of them stating they’d call and be there at said time and not.
